surgery and placement of a Dental Implant?

*Are there other health conditions that might cause complications?

*Are the 3 components:  1.) the Dental Implant “tooth root”, 2.) the Abutment (Connects the Dental

Implant to the Crown) and, 3.) the Crown, all to be placed by Dr. Mark Davis, or is Dr. Mark Davis

responsible for the surgical placement of the Dental Implant “the tooth root” only, and the patient’s

general dentist responsible for the Abutment and Crown?

*Is a bone graft needed because of bone resorbtion?

     *Will IV Sedation be used?

What to Expect at a Dental Implant Consult:

After a patient schedules a Dental Implant consult by calling 972-335-8717, they may go on our website under “Patient Information” and “Online Forms” and “Patient Registration” to fill out and submit paperwork.  At the consult, Dr. Mark Davis will take and examine your X-Ray and recommend a specific treatment plan.  That treatment plan will be given to one of our front office Treatment Plan Coordinators, who will sit down with each patient, after calling their dental insurance, if applicable, and discuss all Dental Implant costs / prices on the treatment plan, before moving forward.
