Dr. Mark E. Davis is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. After obtaining his Bachelor of Arts degree as a student athlete at Mid-America Nazarene University in Olathe, KS, he then obtained his doctorate of dental surgery degree at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX. Following dental school, Dr. Davis completed a one year Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery internship at John Peter-Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, TX, and subsequently, a four year surgery residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. During his surgery residency training, Dr. Davis had extensive training in the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, including: IV Conscious Sedation/General Anesthesia, Facial and Jaw Reconstruction (Orthognathic Surgery), Dental Implantology and Bone Grafting, Facial Trauma Surgery, Non-Surgical/Surgical treatment of Temporomandibular Joint Disorders, and Wisdom Teeth Extractions.

Dr. Davis is on medical staff at Presbyterian Hospital of Plano.
Dr. Davis enjoys spending his free time with his family, his wife of 20 years, two sons: Colten and Kyle, and one daughter, Cecilia (recently adopted). He is active in his local church. For recreation, Dr. Davis likes to play golf and church softball. He also enjoys hunting and fishing.

Dr. Davis, through many years of school and surgical residency and development of a thriving surgical practice, understands his true joy in life is his relationship with his wife and children, and it is to that end that he enjoys his work in life.
